Founder, Jacque Desterbecq brings a formidable resume and extensive insight collected from over three decades of diverse industry experience, with her focus being Precise. Professional. Procurement. Jacque has successfully completed acclaimed procurement projects across the United States, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Jacque Desterbecq is one of the most talented and versatile Purchasing Directors in the hospitality industry with over three decades of experience. Having created productive long-term relationships with Owners, Developers, Project Managers, Designers and Manufacturers across the industry, she now takes her knowledge, skills and track record of success to her own firm, J Desterbecq & Associates, LLC. Jacque began her career at Lincoln Hotel Corporation and steadily advanced in the industry with leadership positions at Mariner Hotel Corporation (now Remington) and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts where she was Director of FF&E Purchasing. Over the past 13 yrs Jacque has been instrumental in building the Dallas office of a national purchasing firm assembling a highly talented 11-person team of purchasing specialists and expediters, successfully handling seven and eight-figure purchasing contracts. Having worked across a wide variety of projects with a keen focus on mid to upscale hotels, Jacque has also handled purchasing and project management for restaurants, multi-family facilities, country clubs, retail spaces and even entertainment venues. Her passion for the profession, wide range of knowledge, inclusive management style, integrity and ethics all bring value to her clients, helping them achieve positive results.
